Light ground-floor apartment with big windows, a veranda and a garden

The two-room apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet and sunny location and just 300 metres from the town centre and 500 metres from the lake.

It has a big bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), to which a travel cot can be added if required. The living room-kitchen also has a bunk bed (2 x 80 x 200cm) and a single sofa bed (80 x 190cm), accommodating three adults or children. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring gas stove, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster and filter coffee machine. The bathroom is pleasant and inviting, as it has a spacious shower with a glass cubicle. Free wireless Internet access is available, but the reception is not ideal and cannot be guaranteed at all times. There are radiators in all the rooms and fans for hot days.

There is also a big, private garden with a roofed veranda for meals outdoors, and a lawn with two deckchairs. The site is completely enclosed with a fence around 80cm high. There are free parking spaces about 20 metres from the house.

The botanical garden “Fondazione André Heller” is within easy walking distance, just 30 metres away. The “Vittoriale degli Italiani” museum complex is just 500 metres away. The Museum Divino Infante is also of great interest, just 500 metres further on. It houses the most significant collection of sculptures of the Jesus child, with more than 250 sculptures from four centuries.

In the vicinity and just a couple of minutes walk from the accommodation, about 300 metres away, there are a grocery shop with bread and bakery items, a butcher, a tobacconist with newspapers, a fruit and vegetable shop and a number of restaurants and pizzerias. The nearest supermarket is just 1km away, but the road is uphill, so a car is recommended.

The area offers a range of activities such as hiking, mountain bike tours or quiet and sunny days by the lake or in the swimming pool. Children might enjoy visiting the nearby village of Barbarano (1km away) with an adventure park, where you can have fun climbing in the trees. Within 10-25km there are also four golf courses (Bogliaco, Cunettone Salo, Soiano and Arzaga).
