The apartment is in a quiet area with plenty of greenery, surrounded by villas and gardens.

The accommodation is on the first floor of a duplex house. A wide corridor leads to the individual rooms. There are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, cupboard, dresser and TV. The second has a double bed and a wardrobe. The individual mattresses measure about 80 x 190cm. The bathroom has a window, a bath with a shower attachment, a bidet and WC. In the dining room an imposing fireplace awaits you, as well as a round table and two crockery cupboards. The living room right next to it has a large corner sofa and a TV cupboard. Next to the living room there is a small kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove and sink. The apartment is fitted with gas heating and radiators in all the rooms.

From the living room and the dining room, large French windows lead out onto a balcony. On the living room side you can see the surrounding hills and gardens, whereas on the dining room side you can enjoy a view of the lake.

The house is accessed via a private road and the site is accessed through a gate. A roofed parking space is available on site. Outdoor stairs lead to the entrance to the apartment on the first floor.

Within a maximum of 300 metres, you can find beaches, tennis courts, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. It is just 100 metres to the lakeside at Gardone Riviera, as well as a bus stop. In the locality there is wireless Internet access. About 200 metres away you can find the botanical gardens “Fondazione André Heller”. It is a kilometre to Vittoriale degli Italiani with the impressive amphitheatre for music and theatre performances. There is a launderette 4km away, in the shopping centre in Toscolano Maderno.

    “We were within 14 days, two "children " (13/16) in the apartment and can only agree with the previous speaker. The interior is partly not new but very well maintained. The apartment, the windows were cleaned perfectly clean and fresh. The apartment is adequate with 70 sqm for 4 persons. For your own car, there are half a double carport, even narrower than the usual parking spaces here ... Access to the apartment you have on this carport, the automatic gate is opened with the key.
