This detached villa is only a five minute walk away from the sea. It is shielded from onlookers and is situated on a large plot of land with a private swimming pool. The villa enjoys a very quiet location at the end of a residential road in a well maintained private resort on the edge of the town centre of Playa Blanca in the southwest of the island of Lanzarote.

Built in 2010, this villa will win you over with its upmarket and tasteful interior providing comfort for your holidays. The 145 square metre two-storey house features three bedrooms with luxurious box-spring beds, two marble bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with flatscreen tv. All three bedrooms are furnished with plush double box-spring beds made in Germany, the only ones of their kind in Lanzarote, facilitating deliciously deep sleep. The ground floor hosts two of these bedrooms and a bathroom. The third bedroom with a bathroom is on the upper floor. All the windows are equipped with insect screens to protect you from annoying flies and mosquitos so that you can leave your windows open wide to let the cool night air in which is a comfortable 18°C all season long. Air conditioning is virtually not required. In the middle of the house is a generous sofa with a multifunctional flatscreen tv. A great combination of satellite receiver, DVD player and TV USB port provide all your entertainment and allow you to enjoy movie nights watching the films have brought with you. A stereo system with CD player lets you be accompanied by your own music during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen for convenient self-catering has a dishwasher, four zones cooktop, oven, fridge and freezer, and small electric appliances including microwave, toaster and electric kettle. A fully automatic coffee machine produces freshly ground coffee at the click of a button. The dining area with a dining table, corner bench and three chairs invites to enjoy shared meals. The two stylish light coloured marble bathrooms each have a bathtub with shower, hand wash basin, a large mirror and toilet. Six large and six small towels are provided. Four beds for children and four high chairs are part of the equipment. Wireless internet access allows you to stay reachable while you’re on holiday and lets you put the finishing touches to your travel itineraries even after your arrival, or send your holiday pictures and sunny regards to your friends.

The large upper floor terrace features stunning wide views across the sea to Fuerteventura. On the ground floor a sliding door in the living room leads onto the garden terrace which has a roofed dining area and is furnished with a canopy couch and comfortable garden furniture, a perfect place to enjoy your meals outdoors. There also is a barbecue for an evening barbecue get together. After soaking up the sun relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers you can take a cooling dip in the solar heated swimming pool. Thanks to the steady climate with little rainfall in Lanzarote’s south, here you can enjoy sunshine holidays all year round. Even during the winter months this island enjoys an average maximum temperature of 22°C. The property boasts a large lawn area with enough room even for a bouncy castle. Two bicycles and a canoe are also available for your use.

From 2018, free cleaning and a change of laundry are included in the price once a week if required, A maximum of four mountain bikes are available. Children's bikes can be hired locally.

A modern supermarket and a restaurant are only 200 metres away. The famous Papagayo beaches are 4 kilometres away. To the centre of town it’s a 3 kilometre distance. The island boasts beautiful environment and quiet beaches and swimming bays, nude beach areas and a calm sea with low waves, and you also find sand beaches stretching for miles with big waves, a surfer’s dream location.
