Splendid new house built 2011, close to Ibiza Town with extensive land and magnificent views over the old city and the sea.
Built in traditional style but with modern interiors with a very nice outdoor pool area with comfortable rattan furniture. Bathroom with outdoor shower and barbeque. Porch with table for 10 people.
On the access floor the house has a spacious lounge with TV and stereo unit and exit to the garden and pool, a full kitchen with dining area and exit to the garden.
Two twin bedrooms in the rear with a share shower bathroom and a third double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Also with the outside direct exit.
Upstairs the house has a master double bedroom, en suite bathroom, shower and a terrace with views.
In the basement the house has a fifth room, with double bed, living room with television and games for children + 1 shower bathroom.
Air conditioning in all the villa.

Some bedrooms might not be available for bookings under the maximum capacity of the house.

    “The house is very ready designed with air conditioning. However, a bit impersonal. For the high price of the pool is a bit small.
