Spacious holiday home with a terrace

This spacious, comfortably furnished holiday home offers plenty of space for seven people on 110 m². It is heated with oil. All the rooms have oak parquet flooring. On the ground floor, you will find the 35 m² living room with a cosy leather sofa seating area in front of the fireplace and an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen plus a dining area. It directly adjoins the garden and the terrace by the sea. Additionally, there is a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet. The house has a total of four bedrooms - one of which is on the ground floor and is furnished with a 160 cm double bed. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed. The second bedroom has a 90 cm-wide single bed. Two further 110 cm-wide single beds are in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is a second bathroom and a second separate toilet on the upper floor. The living room and three bedrooms have a sea view and you can see the Phare d’Eckmuhl lighthouse in the background.

The holiday home’s own terrace is 25 m² in size. It is furnished and faces the sea.

During the off-season pets are welcome if they will not have access to the bedrooms, the cleanness of the garden will be respected and neighbors will not be annoyed.

    “The house was very clean, garden neglected, the location is 1A directly at the beach for bathing, jogging, cycling, very short distance to the place. Very nice welcome and organization by contact on site. Price is however overpriced for the property. It can only be inhabited with a family, as the lounge kitchen, utility room and dining room in one eats. There is also the cloakroom, as there is no other space for such a thing. The rooms are nice and modest furnished. The oak furniture, as well as the oak floor in the WZ already very worn. The kitchen is adequately equipped with dishes. Bathrooms are both tipptopp.”

    “The location of the holiday home is superb in Le Guilvinec: directly on the beach with private access to the garden, within walking distance - along the coast - in a few minutes the center of the town is reachable. The car can be parked right outside the front door. Sun from morning till evening on the garden terrace. The massive built house is built in an authentic style.
    All bedrooms are practical and pretty, even - for French standards - great. The living-dining-kitchen-room is phenomenal: the central communication place in the house with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen appliances are brand new: large Liebherr fridge-freezer combination, Siemens induction cooker, oven, Bosch dishwasher, Moulinex water cooker, toaster, coffee machine, microwave: everything first class and in perfect condition. Large and open wooden fireplace in the living room, TV, DVD player, WLAN throughout the house. Two bathrooms: shower room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer, huge bathroom with large tub on the first floor with solid wood planks (splitter free for the bar feet). All rooms in the tadellosen condition, all windows close, everything picobello clean. Bed mattresses in all four rooms first class, good bed linen, everything above average quality.
