Completely renovated holiday home for two people with a unique view of the sea

The holiday home is built in the typical Ibizan style, and has been completely renovated. It offers an unforgettable view of the sea and the sunsets every evening.

It is furnished in a very comfortable way, and features a kitchen and a living room along with a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a stove and an oven as well as a dishwasher. In addition, there is a washing machine, air conditioning and WLAN in the house.

The terrace has garden furniture, deckchairs and a cosy corner where you can relax.

Late arrivals: Should you arrive after midnight, the amount stated in the additional costs will be collected by the owner. The bed linen are made of organic cotton. Due to the ecological and fragrance-free cleaning of the sheets and towels, they are also suitable for allergy sufferers. This accommodation is not suitable for children and for people with reduced mobility.

The nearest beach is only about a kilometre away, but the popular beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Conta, Cala D'hort and Cala Tarida can also be reached quickly. There are several restaurants and beach bars on the beach promenade.

    We lived with a 1 year old child. We recommend it only for babies, who can not crawl or run since there are steps in the apartment and also to the terrace steps and we had our daughter constantly behind her, so that nothing happens.
