Holiday house with a balcony and a terrace, not far from the beach

The holiday house with two separate holiday apartments is on a 500m² site bordering a birch grove, about 250 metres from the beach.

The house has a 40m² apartment on the upper floor with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment on the lower floor measures around 90m² and has an open living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a grill corner, as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway.

The living room in the upstairs apartment has a sofa corner that can be used as a bed, and direct access to the balcony. It is possible to add a supplementary bed for a child. Satellite TV and a DVD player are provided. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The new, modernised kitchen includes a dining space for two people and is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The bathroom has a shower.

The new and modernised downstairs holiday apartment has a big open kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. The open living room and kitchen has a dining corner and a sofa corner with a big satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and each with a wardrobe. The bathroom has a big shower.

Outside there is a terrace with a grill corner and a parking space is available for your car. Pets are allowed upon explicit agreement.

There are restaurants, cafés and shops in the locality and you can also hire bicycles.
