Superbly equipped and family-friendly holiday house for six people, right by the sandy beach in Dénia

The cosy holiday house is on a quiet little complex (2 x 9 houses) with well-tended palm gardens and a communal pool, right by the long fine sandy beach Las Marinas, only about a ten-minute walk from the town centre of Denia. The spacious and comfortably furnished terraced house for two to six people has a large terrace (20m²) with a private garden and direct access to the pool and the beach. The complex with mature and shading palm trees has a big pool with an integrated children’s pool.

The living space is on two floors. The lower floor has a fully-equipped open kitchen with a spacious living room, a sofa suite, a large dining table with a corner bench and a tiled fireplace stove, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. The living room has a glass sliding door opening directly onto the terrace and garden. A small stairway leads to the two bedrooms decorated in a Spanish style. One has a double bed (180 x 200cm, consisting of two single beds that can also be separated), the other a kingsize bed. Right next to it there is the spacious bathroom with a WC and shower bath. The large, light bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a large double bed (consisting of two single beds 100 x 200cm) and a suite and has direct access to the big upper terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and garden. All the rooms are fitted with air conditioning.
The basement provides a second bathroom with a shower and WC, a storage room with a washing machine, and a closed garage that can be used for small cars. There is also a parking space for one car right in front of it within the site. The gate to the complex and the garage door can be opened electronically by remote control. Two bicycles, a table tennis table, terrace furniture, sun loungers, a cot/junior bed and a highchair are available free of charge. Small pets are allowed. The German, Spanish and English-speaking local contacts ensure a carefree and smooth holiday stay.

Right near the house there is the 26,000m² park “Les Basetes” with beautiful palm-fringed pathways, playgrounds and fitness equipment, water games and a little bar. Ideal for evening strolls in quiet surroundings.

For arrivals after 22.00, a nighttime supplement of €30 is charged, payable directly on arrival.
