Ground floor apartment in an old farmhouse

Apartment in a lovingly recently renovated, Austrian farmhouse, dating from the 1600s. Many traditional features have been retained.

The house contains 2 floors. This apartment for up to 6 people is situated on the ground floor. It provides a living space of nearly 88 m² and has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other room with double and bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower, and another seperate toilet. A sauna and a large kitchen and a combined dining and living room. Many traditional features remain, eg. wood floors, beams and doors.

Quiet location in the village on a river, but only a few minutes from 4 major ski areas and Marapfarr. Free ski bus 300m. The Lungau is a brilliant area in summer also, for hiking, biking and relaxing. In summer a steam train passes the house twice a day, on Fri, Sat & Sundays.
