Cosy wooden house by the lake with a boat, ideal for fishing

This comfortably furnished wooden house is about 15 metres from a 150-hectare lake, Sandsjönn, and was completed in September 2012.

The house has a living room with a kitchen unit, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as a guest WC. The living room has satellite TV, a DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen unit has a stove with a convection oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and microwave.

On the west side of the house there is a 20m² roofed terrace with a view over the lake. The site measures around 2000m² and is bordered on three sides by the shore. There is an annex with a sauna and a second shower. Three parking spaces are available.

The nearest neighbouring house is 150 metres away. Use of a rowing boat (4.3 x 1.7m) is included and a boat motor, electric or petrol, can be hired. The lake has a wealth of fish with a lot of pike, bass and eel, as well as char, cisco and tench. A fishing permit can be purchased from the owner for a fee.
