Holiday house with an extensive garden and several terraces, in an idyllic location by the edge of a forest

The rural accommodation is in a quiet location amidst nature in Borås, by the edge of a forest, near swimming and fishing lakes. You can go on lovely walks in the forest, where there are many berries and mushrooms.

The holiday house is fully furnished and can accommodate six people. The spacious living and dining room provides a fireplace, a sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs, a supplementary bed, a TV and a large dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also another table with two chairs. The large bedroom is furnished with a large double bed. The two other bedrooms provide a single bed and a child’s bed. The large bathroom is fitted with a whirlpool bath, washbasin and toilet, while the smaller bathroom has a shower. Wireless Internet access is available. There are toys for small children in a playing corner under the stairs.

The beautiful garden enjoys sunshine throughout the day and families can play on the lawn. A large trampoline, a slide and a sandpit are available for playing. There is a terrace with garden furniture in front of the house. The raised terrace to the rear is partially roofed and has two dining tables with chairs and a grill. Parking spaces are available.

Very close to the house there is a swimming area with a sandy beach. You need a fishing permit for fishing. You can also hire a boat with or without a motor. At the other end of the lake there is a large sandy beach with a mooring, where you can hire a canoe or gather around the grill area by the alke. Just 12km from Borås there is the cosy town centre with a wide range of cafes and restaurants.

    “Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer traumhaften, ruhigen Lage. Wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Das Haus ist absolut topausgestattet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Terrasse lädt zum Essen draußen ein und der Garten zum Spielen für die Kinder. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer bemüht.

    A wonderful house situated in a great and quiet area. Just a few minutes away from the lake in walking distance. The house is equiped with everything that you need and even more. It is top condition. The terasse is great for meals outside and just enjoing the sun and the garden is great for the kids to play. The owners of the house are very friendly and always looking that everything is ok.”

    “A very nice house. A lot of indoor facilities and you immediately get a sense of style and quality, also in the interior decoration. So it's great whether it's raining or the sun is shining. The lake nearby is super for taking a swim.

    We had a great time, and would definitely love to come back for another visit. Also the owners of the house gave us a nice introduction to everything we needed to know. They are very sympathetic people, so in short, you just feel very welcome!”
