The holiday house is in a quiet residential area on the edge of the town of Novigrad.

All the apartments have their own entrance and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and gas stove. The living room has a generous dining table, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The bathrooms are fitted with a washbasin, WC and shower cubicle. Free wireless Internet access is available. The rooms are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, with a grill. They are also furnished, so you can enjoy sitting or dining outdoors or relaxing in the shade. There is a big, heated pool on site, where you can cool off and swim a few rounds. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings on the generous sun terrace and gaze out over the green hills. Each apartment has an illuminated and separate parking space. The owner provides bicycles for use free of charge, for exploring the surroundings.

In front of the site there is a children’s playground and there is also a big park. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be found in the town centre just 2km away. It is easy to get to the surrounding beaches, stretching for 4km, by car.

    “Only downside, only a bathroom for 6 people. The bathroom had no window but a ventilation. The landlords were super friendly, everything was totally clean and worked great. The landlords cooperative. The pool was fantastic and could be used at any time. Superb dining table on the balcony. 20 bicycles in all sizes available, which could be borrowed at any time. The city was very close and easy to reach by bike.
    The house is super at the meadow and forest edge. There was a volleyball court and many swings, toys for children. In the apartment there was a washing machine, hair dryer, etc. Ample parking spaces in front of the house. Quiet village without hustle and bustle! Our children could even harvest cherries at the house! There was a totally sweet house cat, Lisa, who was very spoiled. Wlan was available. Towels after a week new, towels as many as you wanted.     “Very friendly and welcoming reception! We were allowed to use their BBQ and washing machine.
    The apartment is clean, amenities top. If you needed something, you only had to ask and you got it.
    There are enough umbrellas and sunbeds at the pool. There is a bar with a kitchenette. There is a large fridge with various types of (soft) drinks, which you can pack, where you use the used drinks at a low rate when you leave.

    “We can highly recommend the apartment !!
    The whole house is very clean, tidy and super equipped.
    Just a short distance from the tourist center, it is perfect for relaxing, yet you are in five minutes in the center, at foodstuffs and on the beaches of Novigrad.
    The house is really well thought out. At the pool is a dinette with kitchenette, there are toys, toilet, shower, trash cans, sunbeds and umbrellas.
    The kitchen has everything from inside to cloths, which is not so everywhere. You can use the washing machine at any time in the house.
    The landlords live downstairs in the house and are very friendly. They help answer questions, make even small repairs immediately.
    In the shed are plenty of bicycles that were top in shot at our visit and nebendran is a small playground for toddlers, as well as a football field.
    All in all a very recommendable place to spend a nice summer holiday !!”

    “We had a nice, clean apartment with large balcony (with brick barbecue) on the 1st floor and view of the sea about 4 km away.
