Holiday flat with a patio and a pool

Los Pinos is a small, private holiday complex with a well maintained garden and pool and local custodians, near the beach.

The flat offers two bedrooms: one bedrooms has a canopy bed (160 x 200 cm) the other one has two single beds (90 x 200 cm); there is also a sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm) and a kitchen with a service hatch to the dining room and a bathroom with a washing machine and a hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceran stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and several appliances. The living room is air conditioned and all other rooms have radiators, making the apartment a comfortable accommodation year round. An 89 cm flat screen satellite television, satellite and internet accesses are available. The apartment accommodates up to four people and a child on the sofa bed in the living room.

There are two patios with flowers, a garden and a pool. The pool is near the patio, so you can easily keep an eye on your children.

A couple, which lives next door, takes care of the complex, cleans the apartment and is available should any questions arise during your stay. A rental car is available: price upon request. Street parking is available in front of the complex.

In front of the complex you will find a bakery, a grocery store and a restaurant: numerous restaurants can be found nearby (about 500 meters). Siesta is located at the west end, about 15 minutes on foot from the centre of Santa Eularia. Santa Eularia must be the most quiet, cleanest and nicest holiday resort on Ibiza. You can access several beaches - even Formentera - by bus or boat. It is fifteen minutes to the centre of Santa Eularia, the market hall, the bus depot and the boat wharf.

    “There is a very nicely furnished apartment. There is everything you need. Over water cooker, coffee machine to the toaster. The pool was mostly clean and had a pleasant temperature. The landlord is very attentive and nice, tries to help with everything. But you should check the electronics. When caught in the washing machine my girlfriend got a blow and the fuse fell out. Even before, the fuse fell out at night, although we always pulled all the plugs, which we did not need (washing machine, coffee machine, microwave etc.) On the penultimate day then the refrigerator broke without us. We sat outside and suddenly it was dark. Well, that's not happening at the beginning, because the local housekeeper on the ground tried, but then said, "This is not our thing, the owner has to buy a new one." Yes ... then our rest of our food broke. Was a pity. And I agree with my prescriber: WLAN does not exist !!!! This was not okay, because that was one of the important reasons why we decided to do so. I had to do something for the work, which then did not go! The park situation outside the door was exhausting. Had to park often very far away. Could be corrosive in the high season.
