Die moderne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im sechsten Stock eines historischen Gebäudes mit Aufzug direkt im Zentrum von Madrid, in der Calle Mayor. Das Haus, in dem die Wohnung liegt, stammt aus dem Jahr 1900 und sowohl das Haus als auch die Wohnung wurden im Juli 2014 komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung verfügt über 50 m² Wohnfläche und bietet Platz für drei Personen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, das mit einem Bett mit den Maßen 1,35 m x 1,90 m ausgestattet ist. Sie können den Schlafbereich mit einer Schiebetür vom klimatisierten Wohnzimmer abtrennen. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangen Sie direkt in das großzügige Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile, das neben einem Esstisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten auch mit einem roten Sofa und einem Fernseher eingerichtet ist. Das kleine helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Föhn, Waschmaschine Waschbecken und Toilette. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen Ihnen vor Ort zur Verfügung. Zugang zum WLAN haben Sie in der Wohnung ebenfalls.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen Sie auf die private Terrasse, die über eine unglaubliche Aussicht über die Stadt verfügt. Auf den vorhandenen Sitzmöbeln können Sie die lauen Sommerabende verbringen.

    “This is a really good holiday apartment for use in periods of good weather as the rooftop terrace is super.
    However, the furniture on the terrace is in poor condition, especially the table, which is freakproof, but also the chairs are distressing. The cushions have also seen their best days but are useful. The view and the fact that the terrace is primarily northwest facing makes it nice to be on the terrace even during daytime when it is over 30 degrees.

    The apartment is clean and cozy but small. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are nice and well equipped.

    We were there in the second half of September 2018 and may want to use the apartment again.
