Inviting holiday chalet with a balcony, terraces and a garden, in the midst of an idyllic natural landscape with leisure activities at any time of year

This romantic property is in the midst of a beautiful site in a lovely natural landscape, on a slight elevation above Inzing, 14km to the west of Innsbruck, to the east of the central Tyrol holiday region. You are invited cordially to leave everyday life far behind here at any time of year.

The two-storey chalet with three and a half rooms can accommodate five people. The house of around 75m² is positioned so that it provides a view of the idyllic natural landscape practically on three sides. The traditionally decorated living room on the ground floor has a wood-burning stove and heated bench, a pleasant dining corner, satellite TV, a radio and two divan beds (90 x 200cm). The ground floor also has a quaint kitchen-diner with a stove, induction hob and dishwasher. It also has direct access to a roofed balcony. The view from this room on both sides creates the impression that you are completely alone in the midst of nature. This floor also has a daylight bathroom with an electric radiator, a WC and bath. Wooden stairs lead from the generous entrance area with a washing machine to the second living room, which also has satellite TV, a radio and an electric fireplace, as well as sofa bed of 140 x 200cm. However, this room is not closed off, but is open towards the stairs with railings. You can access the upper sun terrace directly from here. This room also provides access to the spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm). All the rooms have infrared heating. It is also possible, but not necessary, to heat with wood-burning stoves in the kitchen and living room. Firewood is available.

The chalet is surrounded by a generous balcony and two terraces. You also have exclusive use of a fenced garden of around 200m² with a roofed veranda, grill and comfortable garden furniture.

The owner lives in the house next door and is happy to assist with any queries. The holiday accommodation is part of a farm that is run as a subsidiary business and which is home to some horses, sheep, goats, pigs, geese, hens, ducks and various small animals. The barn is somewhat set apart and is part of a large building complex. Pets are not allowed, because of the farm animals. The house is non-smoking. It is on a slope. You can borrow bicycles ( a men’s and ladies‘ mountain bike), subject to availability and for a fee.

Please note: Although the accommodation is suitable for 5 people, the 75 m² will naturally offer 4 people more living space. Please clarify your requirements for living space.

The little house is an ideal starting point for entertainment in the many ski resorts in the area in winter. Ten ski resorts are within a 30-minute drive (according to Google map), while you can enjoy peace and quiet in the idyll of the beautiful natural landscape away from hustle and bustle. Children can have fun sledging right next to the house and even practice skiing on the gentle slope. The supermarket is 1.5km away, within three minutes by car. The lovely hiking paths of the region will amaze nature lovers not only in autumn. In the spring, cherry trees and a wealth of blossom enrich the property. The sunny veranda and the terrace invite you to take time out. You could go for a walk in the footsteps of Peter Anich, who made his daily way to work here from Oberperfuß to Telfs. Or you can walk along the Inzing themed path through beautiful forests to historical hamlets. There is an excellently signposted educational trail. The path to Inzinger Alm leads directly past here. The whole year round, animal lovers will find plenty of neighing and cackling at the adjacent farm, with its residential house opposite the chalet. Although the buildings are close to each other, they are not within immediate contact or sight. In summer there is a swimming pool nearby and the tourist region offers countless possibilities for leisure.
