The perfect Alpine chalet for an undisturbed luxury holiday in the Salzburgerland, in the eastern part of the Kitzbühler Alpine massif

This luxury chalet is at about 1500 metres above sea level, right by the ski piste and just 150 metres from the well-known Mega-Walleggalm in the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang skiing arena.

The 200m² chalet can accommodate up to ten people and has two main floors, a ground floor and upper floor, as well as a little basement (10m²). The whole chalet has an automatic heat pump and regulated ventilation. There is also under-floor heating. There are four double bedrooms characterised by arolla pine wood, each with their own smart TV. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC and a hairdryer. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, bathrobes and slippers are included.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, steamer, NoFrost-BioFresh fridge and freezer with an ice-cube maker, and many other electrical appliances. The house has a washing machine with an integrated dryer function and an iron and ironing board. The traditionally decorated old wooden living room with a lounge and dining space has a pull-out sofa bed for two people. There are two wine-cooling cupboards for white and red wine, at an optimum temperature, a 60” Smart TV with a 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound home cinema system, a BluRay player and an iPhone docking station, as well as free wireless Internet access (50 Mbit). The entrance area has an automatic ski boot dryer and a generous wardrobe. The basement is ideal for cool storage.

The chalet has its own sun terrace with deckchairs and a panoramic hot tub (1800-litre heatable wooden pool). A mountain track leads to the chalet (access in winter with four-wheel drive, or with snow chains or by taxi). There is a car port for your car and there is also a helicopter landing pad by the chalet.

A special feature is the old wooden sauna with a relaxation area and Smart TV. A cot is available. There is a lockable ski depot next to the main entrance (at ground-floor level).

The chalet in winter

You wake up in the morning, enjoy the beautiful view of the Glemm Valley and carve the first curves on the pistes, in one of the most beautiful winter sports resorts in Austria. The very cosy free-standing location invites you to relax in the hot tub and in the sauna. Here you can really let go. The road open all year round is one of the biggest advantages, as you can drive right up to the chalet or to the centre of Saalbach Hinterglemm (for shopping, après-ski or nightlife) in your own car or a taxi.

You can start the day with a leisurely breakfast with fresh rolls on the sun terrace. You can finally enjoy the day to the full from the moment you wake up: fresh mountain air, nature and peacefulness, filling you with energy for the wide range of summer activities. The Jokercard included in the price entitles you to free use of the cable cars at Saalbach Hinterglemm, providing access to many mountain bike trails and interesting hiking paths. If your gatherer instinct is awakened by the originality of nature, then you can look for mushrooms or berries in the surrounding meadows and forests for your dinner.
