Spacious holiday villa with modern amenities and a large pool in the garden

This 350 m² Finca is located in the rural area of Llucmajor, southeast of Palma de Mallorca. The 500,000 m² property boasts a large plantation with almond and olive trees and a vineyard. Peaches and herbs are grown here, as well. It was built in 1500 and last fully renovated in 2014.

The holiday house has two floors, connected by a staircase. There are a total of your bedrooms, three of which are furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m or 1.15 m x 1.90 m each) and the fourth bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m). The fourth room boasts a private bathroom with a shower, sink, a toilet and a balcony with a staircase. Furthermore, you will find two additional bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a sink each. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave. Additionally, there are two living rooms: one is furnished with an additional dining table and armchairs and the second one with sofas, armchairs, a television with satellite reception, a DVD player and a stereo. A washing machine, an iron and free Wi-Fi are at your disposal. Up to two children's cots and high chairs are available upon request.

One of the property's highlights is the large garden and private pool. It is divided into two areas: one is the swimming area; the other one is shallower and has Jacuzzi jets. It is furnished with a few wooden sun loungers. Additionally, there is a ping pong table, protected by a sun parasol. There is an additional, covered patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is space available to park on the property.

It is about 5 km to the nearest town. Here you can find shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. It is about 6 km to a golf course. The airport is approximately 8 km from the property.

    “The house is at the end of a long gravel access road, which is not attached (attention: rental car conditions!). There is a large pool with plastic loungers, a ping-pong table (no sun shade) and a total of four bedrooms on two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with directly connected bathroom (shower / WC / bidet) and on the first floor there are three bedrooms, none of which has its own bathroom - there is a bathroom with WC in the corridor from every room and there is next to the master bedroom a bathroom with a toilet and a shower bath (the bathtub is more like a larger shower tray) - this bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and its balcony or by stairs from the garden - but not from the house!
    The finca is not a single house but a half of the house, the other half of other family members is permanently inhabited - the rented finca itself is surrounded by a wall and measures "normal" dimensions (about 50x50m I would appreciate). The large plot of 500.000m² refers to the surrounding fields which could all be explored on foot with a walk - but not worth it, since it is mainly agricultural fields.
    The landlord (Jaume) is a super friendly and very helpful young man and his mother had us for 10 € per person prepared a typical Mallorcan paella (by appointment) - delicious!
