Holiday house in a quiet but central location, with two terraces and a garden

Enjoy a holiday in the beautiful Mecklenburg landscape. The harmony of nature, the incredible vastness of the landscape and the many animals will delight you.

Although the country house is surrounded by fields and forests, with a stream flowing around the site, the house is so centrally located that you can get to all the attractions in the area within a short space of time.

The house was built in 2007 and provides a high standard of comfort. It is non-smoking and can accommodate 4-6 people. It consists of two bedrooms each for two people, a dining room with a big country table, a living and sleeping room with a sofa bed for two further people, a big bathroom, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove and everything you need.

You can also sit outside on one of two terraces, of which one is generously roofed, and enjoy the big site.

Everyday shopping is no problem. Sanitz, which Wendorf belongs to, is just 8 minutes away and has several supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, ATMs etc. It is not far to the Baltic Sea beach (ca. 35 mins.) and can go shopping and strolling in the lovely Hanseatic town of Rostock (ca. 20 mins.) and enjoy the lakes of Mecklenburg (ca. 45 mins.) The world cultural heritage town of Stralsund, as well as Rügen, are within easy access (ca. 50 mins.). Or else you can simply stay here and walk right from the doorstep through the nature-protected foests or go on a cycle tour into nature on the official cycle path that passes right in front of the house. Who wants to spend every day just on the beach? There is nothing stopping you from spending the most enjoyable time of the year here.
