Villa Lorenzo standing in a very privileged location on the headland between the coves of Cala Gran and Cala d'Or in a quiet residential area. The famous resort of Cala d'Or is just a 5-minute walk away, with its extensive choice of amenities and nightlife and the exclusive marina with a lots of fine bars and restaurants. At the same distance you find also two lovely sandy beaches.
The villa
The living area of Villa Lorenzo is full of natural light and all the house with traditional white ibiza style design and hand-made furniture. The friendly rooms have white walls, terracota-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Steps lead down from the front door to a lounge and dining room with two seating areas. From large windows and doors which lead to the terrace you enjoy fantastic sea views. The well planed fitted kitchen with all modern appliances doors lead out from here to the terrace, with a covered dining area. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have a complete bathroom en-suite. The first floor accomodates one more double room with two single beds and a shower bathroom. The remaining bedroom is in a separate tower annexe and you reach it with staircase on the outside. It is a lovely double room with two single beds, a shower-bathroom and a long private sun-terrace.
The magnificent outside space has lawned garden with old, shady pine trees . Terraced garden run down to the long pool with sun-terraces, situated right to the sea where you enjoy gorgeous views. It is a perfect place for a family holiday o relaxing stay with friends.
Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
