Grundstück mit 15000 m2, an traumhafter Berghanglage und Sicht auf's Meer, dort liegt die schneeweisse "CASITA SONJA". Umgeben von Pinien, Palmen, Mandel- und Olivenbäumen. Der grosse Pool (8x4m), welcher zum Haus gehört, ist für Sie zur Alleinbenutzung und Juni - Oktober in Betrieb.
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Abseits von Hektik und Tourismus und doch in ca. 7km am Meer und nur 2km bis nach El Perello (typisch katalanisches Dorf), wo Sie einkaufen können, was Sie gerade benötigen. Fahren Sie noch 5km weiter, sind Sie in den Fischer- und Badeorten L'Amettla de Mar oder L'Ampolla. Die Anfahrt mit einem Auto ist deshalb notwendig. Autos können auch ab den Flughäfen Barcelona und Reus gemietet werden. Die Fahrzeit nach El Perello beträgt dann noch ca. 1 1/2 Std. ab Barcelona oder 1/2 Std. ab Reus.

Die Casita wurde im Originalzustand belassen, mit Generator/Solarstrom und einer Wasserzisterne. Daher sollte auf sparsamen Verbrauch von Wasser und Strom geachtet werden.

Es sind daher auch keine unnötigen elektrischen Geräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, etc. vorhanden. Um Kaffee zu kochen, steht ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung.
Das Wasser ist wie überall in Spanien nur beschränkt zum trinken geeignet. Die Spanier kaufen sich das Trinkwasser im Supermarkt und ist sehr preisgünstig.

Das 4 1/2 - Einfamilienhaus auf einem 15'000m2 grossen Grundstück (ca. 3500m2 eingezäunt) ist auch für Hunde ideal. Sie sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

    “Very nice and clean, the only thing you should do-the pool repair (tiles fall off) and there should not be so much chlorine tablets thrown in. That's why I got skin infections. Drin really not bad, but new beds would definitely not hurt.
    The one point we have for the cleanliness of the house withdrawn, the house was not clean enough for us.
