Holiday apartment on a farm, with a terrace and a garden

Spend your holiday in the Hohe Tauern National Park region, on the sunny side of Flattach in the Mölltal.

The holiday apartment is part of a farm in a quiet location. It can be used as a starting point for a number of walks and hikes, but is only a two-minute drive from the centre with shops, a supermarket, restaurants etc.

It is a beautiful and fully-furnished holiday apartment, in a sunny and quiet location, measuring around 70m². The spacious kitchen in a country style includes a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a dining corner. It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a fold-out sofa bed (for two children). There is a connecting door between the two bedrooms, but they also each have their own door. The bathroom provides a bath, shower and changing table and there is a separate WC. Satellite TV and free Internet access (cable and wireless) are available. The whole apartment is fitted with under-floor heating and blinds. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided. A cot and a highchair are available. The owner lives in the same house.

The terrace provides direct access to the garden where you can sunbathe. There is also a children’s playground with a swing, sandpit and trampoline. There are several rabbits and cats for children to stroke. Timi, the farm dog, likes catching sticks and the hens lay fresh eggs daily for your breakfast. The cows are up on the meadow in summer, but look forward to your visit in winter.

The winter and summer tourist town of Flattach offers beautiful hiking trails, cycling, riding and rafting, as well as the natural phenomenon of the Raggaschlucht gorge and the Mölltal Glacier ski resort that is open all year round.

    “Great location with great views and very nice owner. Apartment spacious, bright, fully equipped, two-room, with kitchen and dining area. A big advantage was the large covered terrace with swing, table, chairs, electric grill and sun loungers. Cleanliness is average on average.     “Great house, shame bedroom window in door was connected with kitchen, making the bedroom for the children was not dark. Toilet seat was broken and towels and kitchen towels were not there, we had to ask. The outside was not clean.
