The apartments are situated between Potsdamer Strasse and the Ku’damm, in the midst of Schöneberg, one of the most beautiful districts of Berlin. Akazienstrasse, Winterfeldtstrasse and its neighbouring alleys offer a glimpse of Berlin life that is second to none.
The two generously equipped and furnished apartments are next to each other in the residential house.
The two apartments are at a crossroads, so there may be some street noise. Note that a city tax is due, 5% of the cost of your stay for stays of up to max. 21 days. This city tax is payable separately by guests in cash on arrival. Long-term rentals and verified business travel are excluded from this tax.
Right below the apartment there are a supermarket, a bakery and a large bus stop with connections in all directions in Berlin. Not far from the apartment there is also a swimming pool offering various services.
Holiday apartment for eight adults and two children
The apartment is on the first floor and measures 120m². It provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and three single beds, the second with three single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower and WC. A hairdryer is available. There is also a washing machine in the entrance area to the apartment. The living room has two sofa beds each for one person and a large dining table for meals together or for planning your trips in and around Berlin. You can look from the living room through into the kitchen with a hatch, equipped with various appliances including a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. If you have small children, the owner can provide junior beds and highchairs. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartment is equipped with a TV, DVD player and a CD player.
