Beautiful character villa in Marratxí, Palma Gorgeous new rustic style villa in the Sant Marçal residential and upper-class area (Marratxí), only 15 minutes from Palma old town. The villa is split into 2 floors and offers 4 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, eat in kitchen dining + living room (additional play room) and gorgeous terraces. On ground floor the property has one of the bedrooms and a bathroom plus a huge living room with access to the terrace and one reading space (chimney) and television (satellite) area. The independent dining room has also access to the terrace and garden. The 3 double bedrooms in first floor (2 with en suite bat5hroom) are distributed around a central play / multimedia room. Access to the first floor terrace / solarium.


The villa is south West oriented and offers nice views to the Tramuntana mountain and the Palma Bay. You won’t miss the Majorcan sunset from any of the terraces. Beautiful garden with pool (8*4 and salt water chlorination).


The villa offers all the needed comfort for a perfect holiday time: air conditioning, outdoor parking places, double glazed windows, underfloor heating, water decalcification and purification system, proximity of Palma Old Town (15 minutes) and Majorcan beaches (20 minutes).

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   


€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 


A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 


The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  


Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 15 € /night.
