The exterior area of this quiet and private finca emanates a special charm, beauty and vivacity. Our guests will be willing to spend time here, enjoying the fantastic chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 4 metres and with a depth from 0.9 to 1.9 metres. It is perfect if you travel with the family little ones since it features a protection fence. The best of it all is the surrounding green lawn where they can run and have fun while you bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers or prepare a delicious barbecue that you can enjoy under the porch, knowing that they are going to be safe. The property has neighbours around.
When you enter the main house, you find a spacious and cool living room where you can chat or rest on the sofas while watching the satellite TV channels and enjoying the air-conditioning when it is hot outside. You find the dining table with elegant chairs next to it. The well cared kitchen offers a gas top and all the needed equipment to cook comfortably but still preserving the traditional and beautiful Mallorcan style. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. After a long day full of activities find your place to rest in one of the three bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and a fan and it is located on the ground floor. On the first floor you find another bedroom with a double bed and the last bedroom with two twin beds, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another shower bathroom downstairs for the whole house. And if you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
The cosy additional house, which is accessed from the outside of the house, offers a spacious room with air-conditioning, combining the sitting room, the dining area and the kitchen all together. The kitchen comes after a bar and it offers a gas top. You will find a shower bathroom as well as two bedrooms. One of them has two twin beds and A/C, and the other one has a double bed and a fan. All bedrooms, either in the main house or in the annex, feature a closet.
Sa Ràpita is a wonderful coastal area very well known thanks to its paradisaical beach of fine sand and crystalline water. It is a true natural paradise surrounded by many other dreamy beaches and coves like the beach of Es Trench, located about 3 km from the house. This is an impressive beach due to the unique protected dune system, the large extension of white sand and turquoise water and the beach bars with live music now and then to really enjoy the summer sundowns. The village offers a grocery shop and some good restaurants.
The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
Pets are not allowed.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
