In between the mountains and surrounded by a green forest, on the outskirts of Manacor, there is this wonderful country house with private swimming pool. It can adequately accommodate 7 guests.


From the garden you can enjoy, with complete calm, the idyllic landscape, leaning back either on the balinese bed or on the 8 sun loungers. A private chlorine swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 2 m, will invite you to cool yourself off in the typical hot Mediterranean days. Imagine yourself swimming on the pool while admiring the amazing view. You won't need to worry if you stay with the youngest of the family as the pool has child protection.
The porch has a large table with benches and a chill-out area, so it is perfect to savour a delightful barbecue and then continue drinking a cup of wine while the children are playing in the garden. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours around.

Every room of this two storey house is decorated with bright and funny different colours, which gives an actual air and makes our guests feel at home. As you enter the house, there is a large living room with some sofas, where you can enjoy watching a film on the satellite-TV. The living room connects with the astonishing dining room. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your favourite dishes, including a glass-ceramic hob and an oven. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This floor is completed with two bathrooms, with bathtub and shower, and three bedrooms. Two of them present double beds and the other one has two twin beds. All of them have a wardrobe. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with bathtub and one more bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. On request, we can supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. There is diesel oil central heating and up to 8 fans.

The property is located on a small secondary road, which gives a great advantage, that is the easy access to the town of Manacor, with many services, shops, restaurants, etc. It has also an easy access to the fantastic coastal towns with dreamy beaches and coves like Portocristo, S'Illot, Cala magrana, Cala Mendia or Son Serra de Marina, among others. A scheduled boat excursion or playing golf on the Rotana golf course, at just 1.5km, may be a good option to be entertained.

There is exterior parking space for 3 cars.

The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
