Nice villa for 10 people with private pool. The villa is located in 10 walking-minutes from the sandy beach with beach promenade shops and restaurants with international cuisine in the residential area Almendros, in a very quiet location. Large plot of 800 square meters and a floor space of about 180 square meters, divided over 2 floors.

The lower floor consists of a large living room with TV TDT / SAT and air conditioning, as well as access to the dining room. Open kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and full kitchen facilities. 1 double bedroom. 1 bedroom with two single beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet.

Upper floor (access via outdoor stairs): Find a covered terrace overlooking the Peñon de Ifach. Here you will find a living and dining room, a kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen equipment. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en-suite with bath, washbasin and WC. A bathroom with tub, washbasin and toilet.


Outside: Beautiful and completely fenced plot with private pool (8x4 m) with Roman steps, outside shower and barbecue.

Quick you can reach from here the sandy beach and the promenade (1,4 km) and the Mercadona supermarket (0.9 km) and the center of Calpe (2,1 km).

Extras pets weighing up to 12 kg are welcome at a special payment of € 40 for the entire stay. It is possible to accommodate one more person for Euro 84 per bed / Week
