Beautiful and newly renovated house only 300 metres from the sea.

This newly renovated house, but still with old details is beautifully located with nice meadows and pastures around the house. It's only 300 metres to the sea where you can swim, have a boat trip with the rowing boat or just sit or lay down and just enjoy the beautiful view and the total calmness.

There are different out door furnitures depending on where the sun is. The big lawn gives opportunities to play different games. In July and August there are raspberries in the garden and blue berries in the forrest. And if you come later there will be plenty of different apples. Why not play some table tennis in the huge barn beloning to the property.

The Island have lovely and quiet places you can explore by bike, by foot or by car. It's a really beautiful Island far out in the Archipelago but still only 100 km from Stockholm.
