Light and cosy holiday apartment with a terrace, in a quiet location, ideal for discovering pristine nature, going on trips to the beach and enjoying time out from everyday life

The apartment is situated quietly and separately on the owner’s site.

It provides around 40m² of living space for two to three people and has comfortable and modern furnishing. The separate bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a lounger (80 x 200cm) and provides access to the shower room with a WC. The light living room provides a sofa bed (130 x 200cm) as well as an open kitchen unit, equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave with a grill etc. Satellite TV and a stereo system are also provided.

The apartment is separate by the main house and has a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. You can use a car parking space, bicycle storage space and Internet access free of charge.

Barth is on the southern shore of the Barther Bodden, part of the chain of bodden separated from the Baltic Sea by the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, and to the east of the river Barthe. The town Barth has a harbour and the Baltic Sea airport (3km) Stralsund Barth. The Usedom Bäderbahn (train station ca. 1.5km) provides a direct connection between Barth and Stralsund via Velgast and on to Greifswald and Usedom. It is about a 20-minute walk into the centre. There are shops and a restaurant about 500 metres away and you can find a café about 1.5km away. The Barther Stadtforst (3km) and the Kenzer Gesundbrunnen (5km) are nearby. It is about 14km to Zingst with its sandy beach.
