Son Barbudet is an appealing and comfortable Majorcan country house with beautiful gardens, quietly situated at the outskirts of Campos. On an access road you get to the gravelled fore court where to park easily two cars. From there, a gently rising stone ramp goes up to the frontyard with the main entrance. From the main entrance you get directly to a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and access to the rear covered terrace and the garden with pool area. At the left of the dining area there is the kitchen, also with way out to the covered terrace, equipped with ceramic glass cooktop, oven, big freezer-fridge, dishwasher, microwave and more appliances. In this part of the house there is also a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. In the right wing you find two more double bedrooms, one with a double bed and way out to the covered terrace and another one with two single beds. And between these two bedrooms there is another bathroom. The covered terrace at the back of the house stretches across the total house width. Just a few steps downstairs the terrace there is a large sunbathing terrace and a pool of 5 x 10m. There is lawn around the pool area and you have 6 deck chairs and 3 sunshades available to enjoy either the sunshine or the shadow. The BBQ is in a corner of the plot not far from the terrace
All the bedrooms do have electric radiators and pedestal fans. The link road to Campos and Felanitx is in about 2 km distance, so that you can enjoy the tranquility of this place. However, in just a few driving minutes you get to the restaurants and shops of Campos and Felanitx. Also the beautiful small town Santanyí, the village Cala Figuera with its picturesque fishing port and all the lovely bays and beaches of the Santanyí area as well as Colonia de Sant Jordi and the popular beach Es Trenc are within easy reach.

    “Finca: Property and grounds are beautiful, very quiet, but facilities are poor. A basic assortment of kitchen gadgets (sugar, salt, kitchen roll, toilet paper ...) would be beneficial; lack of recreational activities for children (boccia, table tennis, badminton ....) in bad weather; Overall, the house was quite cold with outside temperatures of 18 degrees - despite the fireplace in the evening and heating in the bedrooms
