Beautiful villa with pool and sea views in Llucmajor. This magnificent house of classic style is located in the residential area of ​​Cala Blava, in Llucmajor, a very quiet coastal urbanization. The accommodation, classic and very spacious, is perfectly equipped for you to spend a quiet family vacation. It also has a pool from which to admire wonderful views of the bay, garden and several furnished terraces perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.Cala Blava is a coastal residential complex that belongs to the town of Llucmajor. There you can enjoy a multitude of coves and beaches where you can bathe and sunbathe away from tourist crowds. The nearest town is Llucmajor, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and various services. On the other hand it is very close to Palma, the capital of the island and tourist coastal areas such as s'Arenal, Cala Estància or Cala Gamba.It is very important if you are a group of young people (up to 28 years old), please tell us the age and the number of people before booking, so we can send you the rules to follow during the stay.Air conditioning:As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living room and in all the bedrooms.
