Spectacular front-beach villa with garden in Platja de Muro.

This fantastic newly-built house is located in a sought-after area, since it has direct access to the beach of Platja de Muro. The exteriors have several furnished terraces overlooking the beach, a large natural grass garden and a barbecue.

This house for six people is divided into two levels. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and sea views, two full bathrooms and three double bedrooms -two overlooking the beach. The villa, which is tastefully decorated with an eye to quality, is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for spending a holiday with family or friends, with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It has good connections with the coastal towns around, since there is a bus route which covers the areas from Port de Pollença to Can Picafort. The villa is very close to Albufera National Park, which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within. However, what stands out in the area is the large sandy beach with crystal-clear waters of Platja de Muro, which has been awarded the European Union’s prestigious Blue Flag, in meeting all the requirements of comfort, cleanliness and accessibility.

Air conditioning:

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living room and in the master bedroom. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.
