Holiday apartment with a fireplace, terrace and private garden, near the centre, but nevertheless quietly situated

This accommodation is in a quiet location, but still just a ten-minute walk from the centre.

The apartment has four bedrooms, of which two each have a double bed (140 x 190cm) and the other two each have two single beds (90 x 190cm). There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and even a washing machine. The living and dining room provides a TV and invites you to spend cosy hours in front of the fireplace. Firewood for the first evening is provided, so you have time to purchase more if required. The living room opens onto the balcony. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms. Heating and air conditioning are not required in this apartment, as the climate is very mild and the house stays pleasantly cool in summer.

Enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony and spend time outdoors, where there are a terrace and a garden, as well as a grill and garden furniture. The site is completely enclosed and the garden and terrace are for your own exclusive use. You can park free of charge on the street.

The beach and the town centre are just 450 metres away. You can do shopping just 200 metres further away at a supermarket. There are also cafés and many restaurants nearby. If you like surfing, then this is the ideal place for you, as there are some of the most beautiful, world-famous beaches here for this, such as Praia dos Coxos or Praia de Ribeira D’Ilhas. The climate in the west of Portugal is pleasantly mild. The proximity to Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra, St. Cruz and Obidos has also been drawing local and foreign tourists for a number of years. The region has a lot to offer gastronomically and is known for its excellent seafood and fresh fish. You can enjoy an unforgettable stay here with friends or family. Imagine relaxing and listening to the sea. A little piece of paradise.

Unfortunately live in the vicinity of the outdoor house quite a few residents with dogs. These dogs roam free on the plots and balconies. The result is, barks, bark all. We sometimes had the feeling to live next to a shelter. The road next to the house is not busy, but regular. That it leads uphill you can hear the speed of the engines.
    Oh yes, "garden furniture invite you to linger," unfortunately without conditions. "The first firewood for the fireplace is already ready", wonders only where.
