Exclusive designer villa on a 4000m² enclosed site with a private pool, an outdoor shower and a panoramic view over the Aegean Sea and the green Koskinou valley from the extensive sun deck

This generous 450m² luxury villa enjoys a romantic location, nestled into the hilly, coastal landscape just outside the little locality of Sgourou in the north-east of the sunny Greek island of Rhodos. It offers plenty of privacy and is an ideal starting point for experiencing the long beaches, romantic bays, famous cuisine and true hospitality of the island.

The designer villa was newly built just recently in 2004 and the well-known Greek architect ensured a stylish combination of traditional elements and an individual, modern design. It was completely renovated in 2014 and equipped with all the necessary modern amenities for a luxurious stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm) in all rooms, a remote control entrance gate and an alarm system for your safety. It is on two floors, providing a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, and a separate laundry room with a washing machine. The vaulted ceiling painted with gold gives the ground-floor living room an elegant atmosphere. It has a generous white suite, a red leather armchair, a glass coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a DVD and CD player, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with eight chairs. The open fireplace built into the wall exudes a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. Right next to it there is the kitchen with an elegant cooking island and a dishwasher, ceramic hob with a stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The lower floor also has two of the three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), and the second with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). A wide spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine with a classy glass floor and to the third bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and another measuring 160 x 200cm. All the bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps, cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage, and also a flatscreen TV as an added bonus. The three spacious en-suite bathrooms each have a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, hairdryer, bidet and toilet. A supplementary bed can be provided on request and two cots and two highchairs are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet access in the villa is free of charge.

Big glass doors in the living room open directly into your 300m² sunny terrace, providing plenty of sun loungers and parasols and surrounded by a 4000m² garden, planted charmingly with flower beds and Mediterranean plants. The 5 x 10m pool is easily accessible down wide stone steps and there is a convenient outdoor shower. A big stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together under a starry sky. You can make yourselves comfortable on the modern garden furniture on the sun deck and enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the hilly coastal landscape as far as the Aegean Sea. A car is recommended during your stay and there are secure parking spaces right in front of your holiday villa behind the secure driveway gate on the enclosed site.

The rental fee includes a daily housekeeping service as well as a 24/7 concierge service.

Your luxury holiday villa is about 5km from the popular Kallithea beach with a diving centre and a café. The town of Rhodos with its historical sights, romantic harbour and famous gastronomy is also 5km away. It is about 7km to the Kallithea springs and thermal baths, known for their therapeutic properties, a definite must on your holiday. The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are in Sgourou about 2km away.

    “The house is highly recommended. It is nice and quiet. A rental car is definitely necessary.

    The equipment is really good. The entire house is beautifully furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are very nice and well air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need for cooking or barbecue needs.
