And this is how it works:

1. Non-binding registration
As a private owner, you can start describing your holiday accommodation right away – at no cost and without registering. Agencies can register by filling in a questionnaire.
2. Describing the property
You can describe your holiday accommodation in the online owner area: You mark the location, create a description text, upload images, fix prices, and maintain the occupancy calendar. If everything is complete, your property will be briefly checked by our owner service and then made available for bookings.
Incidentally: You can also test the online owner area without registering – quickly and at no obligation!
3. The advertising begins
Your holiday accommodation will now be advertised on TUIvillas.com and all affiliated websites. From now on, you will receive binding booking requests that you just need to confirm.

 

Sounds simple? That’s because it is.

  • As an online travel agency, we will deal with the complete booking process for you: We will handle communication with the holiday guests and take care of many formalities, including the payment procedure. The customer can therefore choose between credit cards and other convenient payment methods. You, as the owner, will promptly receive the net rental price, transferred into your bank account, and you only need to step in again when you hand over the keys to your guests.
  • Registration and advertising are completely free for you. We will only charge a commission on the rental price and on the mandatory additional costs in the case of a successful booking, which has been confirmed by you. It will amount to 15 % (plus VAT, if applicable) and will be deducted from the initial payment.This is therefore success-related remuneration; no advertising fees, no hidden costs for you.
  • The best thing about it: You retain full control over the occupancy of your holiday accommodation. You alone decide when it will be rented out and at what price. You are also expressly free to rent out your property in other ways.
