    “Kleiner Ort in typischer Provence-Gegend.
    Ein paar kleine Läden, Lokale usw.
    Einkaufzentrum am Ortseingang mit recht umfangreicher Auswahl.
    Frische Backwaren am Morgen - lecker.
    Tankstelle und Autowaschanlage ebenfalls beim Einkaufszentrum.
    Der Ort liegt recht gut mittig in der Provence, bietet also eine gute Basis, um alle möglichen interessanten Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.
    Mobilität (Auto, Motorrad, o.ä.) ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.”

    “Carces ist eine kleine, hübsche Ortschaft ohne grossen Trubel. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün, teils dschungelartig verwildert (entland des Flusses Argens) was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Sowohl der Fluss als auch der See von Carces laden insbesondere für die Hunde zum Baden ein. Das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.
    Es gibt schöne Nachbarsdörfer wie Cotignac, die einen Besuch Wert sind. Auch der Lac du Verdon ist gut erreichbar, wunderschön und die Region um die Verdon Schluchten absolut empfehlenswert!
    Die ganz grossen Supermarkte wie Carrefour oder E.Leclerc sind mit dem Auto zwischen 20 und 35 Minuten erreichbar. In Carces selber gibt es aber schon einen guten Intermarche, welcher über die wichtigsten Lebensmittelprodukte verfügt.”
