Adventure and relaxation with a holiday home in the Austrian Alps

With a comfortable holiday home as base, the Austrian Alps are yours to explore. Spend invigorating days skiing during the winter, whilst in summer hikers are rewarded with exceptional views. Throughout Austria you'll also find historic towns and cities, whilst the famous Austrian hospitality makes visiting the country a delight.

A skiing vacation

Throughout the region, you'll find resorts to suit all experience levels. Set by a glistening lake, the resort of Zell am See is a great choice for families, as it features runs of various difficulty levels, great children's ski schools as well as restaurants and après ski options for all ages. Alpbach is a stellar choice for first-time skiers, whilst Saalbach, nearby to Salzburg, is excellent for intermediate skiers. A perennial favourite, Kitzbühel is located just east of Innsbruck and is known for its exciting network of slopes, snowboarding fun park and other winter sports options. The charming medieval town is a haven for non-skiers whilst the resort is most famous for the thrilling Hahnenkamm downhill race which takes place each year.

Find holiday apartments in charming cities

Beyond skiing, the Austrian Alps region has a lot to offer visitors. Discover historic cities including Salzburg, renowned for its picturesque medieval old town. It is also the birthplace of famed composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and features a number of attractions dedicated to him. Set high up in the Alps, Innsbruck boasts stunning views almost everywhere you turn. The Hofburg Palace, with its baroque exterior, is not to be missed whilst the city is a great base for hiking excursions in the summer months.
