A-framed house with an annex and a big roofed terrace

This detached A-framed house (non-smoking) is about 300 metres from the embankment, at the end of a quiet holiday house estate with little traffic.

The house can accommodate a total of up to six people (5 adults and 1 child). The ground floor measures around 50m² and consists of a big living room with an integrated kitchen and a dining space, as well as access to the terrace, a little room with a bunk bed, a big bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional WC. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The house is family-friendly, with a travel bed (incl. pillow, blanket and extra mattress), a highchair, a safety gate for the stairs, a children’s toilet seat and a footstool in the bathroom. A radio/CD player, satellite TV and a DVD player are provided. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge.

There is a big, roofed terrace facing south-west with garden furniture and a grill, where you can enjoy the sun from the late morning to sunset. The garden has a sandpit and plenty of space to play. The garden is completely fenced, so that children and dogs can run around the house freely. Bicycles can be hired about 300 metres from the house next to the playing barn. Cats are not allowed.

The property is situated right by the North Sea embankment, a few minutes’ walk from the North Sea lagoon, the grassy beach in Burhave and the playing barn. The centre of Butjadingen-Burhave, with many restaurants and shops, is easy to get to on foot or by bike. The proximity to the North Sea embankment is a good starting point for extensive walks or cycle tours along the Butjadingen coast. It is just a few minutes’ wall from the house to the dog beach and a designated dog meadow behind the playing barn, where dogs can run around freely.

    “Our holiday in October in Burhave was very nice. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is huge compared to other holiday homes and quite neat. The garden is very nice, although we hardly used it.
