Holiday apartment with a balcony, terrace and sea view, as well as private parking spaces

The house is detached and surrounded by a garden, in a quiet residential area.

The apartment of around 140m² is on two floors. It is fully-equipped with everything, as the owner lived in it himself until recently. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with a bath, a gallery and a living room. It is possible for three further people to sleep on the gallery. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and exudes homeliness. The kitchen also provides all the essentials.

The most important feature is the 40m² terrace, along with two smaller balconies. The view from the terrace stretches from the town of Krk to the sea and the hills.
