The fully modernized house enjoys an attractive elevated location by the Rhine, in Bacharach, part of Medenscheid, in the Unesco world heritage area of the Mittelrheintal (central Rhine valley).

The house has a holiday apartment with 85m² of living space and modern furnishing and fittings of a high standard. The apartment provides two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. The built-in kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher and there is also a dining space. The daylight bathroom has a bath and shower. The spacious living room provides a sofa suite and an HD TV. Wireless Internet access is available in the apartment and on site free of charge.

You can enjoy the view from the big balcony with garden furniture. The house has a 1000m² well-maintained site with a lawn and grill facilities. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the unique view of the Rhine, the Rhine valley with the quietly flowing, powerful river, and over the hills of Taunus an Soonwald.

The surroundings invite you to go on extended walks and hikes. The Rheinburgen long-distance hiking trail to the left of the Rhine leads directly past the house. The dreamy little towns to the left and right of the Rhine are waiting to be discovered. Bacharach, St. Goar with the imposing Loreley cliffs steeped in myth, Oberwesel, Rüdesheim, Assmannshausen and Lorch, are just a short distance away. There are vineyards as far as the eye can see. Try the world-famous central Rhine wine in one of the many wine bars or directly from the outlets.
