Stone house built in 1578, fully restored with a large 400 m² enclosed garden in a quiet location in a natural setting

This „Longère“, a typical Breton, long house built in 1578 has been fully renovated. It is located in a quiet, natural setting about 600 meters from the ocean. The former sentier de douaniers GR34, a coastal hiking trail, is located only about 100 meters from the holiday home. It is about 3 km to the town of Lézardrieux. The house sits on a 400 m² property with an enclosed garden and parking for up to six cars.

In addition to the peace and quiet and the proximity to the ocean, you will enjoy your holiday in this cosy four bedroom house with a fully furnished kitchen and a large living room.

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a hot plate, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave and a food processor. The large living area offers a fireplace, a bar, a television and a stereo with an integrated DVD player, DivX, USB connection and a card reader, enabling you to look at your vacation photos on the TV. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet on the ground floor. The four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a latex mattress. The bathroom on the first floor also boasts a shower stall and a sink. The toilet is separate.

The 400 m² fenced in garden offers a barbecue, outdoor furniture and a sun shade.

Enjoy a hike offering beautiful ocean views along the Trail GR34. Beaches can be found in the vicinity. You can also go fishing or horseback riding nearby. The aquatic sports centre of loguivy is located only about five kilometres from the holiday home. In the town of Lézardrieux, about three kilometres from the house, you can find shopping facilities and tourist information. The tourist information is a wealth of information for planning trips in the area. Discover the region and its architectural history, the manor houses, chapels, small towns, such as Tréguier with its cathedral, the chateau de la Roche-Jagu or the abbey of Beauport. And let us not forget about the natural setting.
