Villa Mirabella

Villa Mirabella is a charming holiday villa located in the center of the picturesque town Sumartin on island Brač, just 50 m from the sea and just 350 m from the nearest beach. The villa is conveniently situated in the vicinity of restaurants (170 m), cafes (280 m) and grocery store (150 m), with a breathtaking seaview spreading from the terrace.

The town promenade, perfect for taking an evening stroll, is just a few steps away. All main attractions on the island, such as the famous beach Golden Horn in Bol, can be easily reached by car within an hour, which makes this charming villa a great starting point for day trips. The ferry line which directly connects Sumartin with Makarska on the coast is just 200 m away from the house.



Villa Mirabella covers 150 m2 of living area divided on ground and first floor level. The exterior, made of traditional Brač stone in combination with interior furnishings creates the rustic charm of an authentic traditional Dalmatian home. Villa Mirabella consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 8-10 persons. 

Ground floor consists of a comfortable living room with dining area and access to the covered terrace with outdoor dining table, fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioned bedrooms with double beds, 3 en suite bathrooms with bathtub/shower combination and 1 half-bath.

Elegant indoor staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor level, designed as a suite which consists of 1 spacious air conditioned bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. 

Villa Mirabella is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, chess board, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and hair dryer.



The outdoor area is designed as a true oasis of peace and tranquility – beautiful gated Mediteranean garden with greenery provides the guests with privacy, while the covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs offers spectacular views of the crystal clear sea. Additional outdoor lounge area with coffee table, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, is also available to the guests. Guests can find refreshment by swimming in the private outdoor pool (24 m2) or sunbathe on the sun loungers around the pool. Those who enjoy barbecue also have an outdoor grill on their disposal.



Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The guests are offered 1 parking place located 240 m from the villa, free of charge. One pet is allowed and charged extra. The guests are offered 2 way transfer by minivan from Supetar to the villa free of charge in period 01.01.-03.06. and 10.09.-31.12. 



Sumartin is a typical dalmatian small fishermen town located in the easternmost part of island Brač. Ferry line connects Sumartin directly with Makarska on the mainland, making it easily reachable while also providing a great starting point for exploring the attractions on the island as well as on the mainland. The famous Golden Horn beach in Bol, a beautiful pebble beach recognizable to many travelers from the numerous tourist brochures, is only a 20 minute drive away from Sumartin. Vidova Gora, Brac’s highest peak, is also only half an hour of driving away offering spectacular views from the top.Sumartin area itself has a lovely coastline with many coves and beaches to explore, many of which offer beautiful views of the Makarska coastline and the surrounding mountains on the mainland. The life of Sumartin was marked by ships. Lučica harbor is worth a visit, as one of the last surviving shipyards where wooden boats are made and repaired on the Adriatic manually and in accordance with tradition.Throughout the last decades, Sumartin has slowly transformed into a destination perfect for relaxing and quiet vacations with friends or family, away from the hustle of the city but still easily accessible and great for exploring the attractions and landmarks in the vicinity.
