Beautiful residence "Rutili", detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 houses in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Cervione, 6 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 50 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the complex: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

    “Klein, sauber und schlicht. Für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Die sehr schöne Terrasse kann als zusätzlicher Raum betrachtet werden.”

    “Schönes, großes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, gut ausgestattet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, vermisst haben wir nur eine Wäschespinne um Handtücher und Wäsche bei regnerischem Wetter trocknen zu können (Wäscheleinen im Garten sind vorhanden).
    Haus ist für Urlaub mit Hund ideal, da es in der Natur auf dem Gelände einer Gärtnerei liegt und ein kleiner Bach nur 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Auch zum Supermarkt und zum Strand kann man in 20 bzw 25 min laufen. Der Zufahrtsweg ist zwar teilweise unbefestigt, stellt aber kein Problem dar.
    Die Besitzer haben uns auch kostenlos mit Gemüse und Obst aus ihrer Gärtnerei versorgt.”
