The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, renovated in 2022 and is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
For common use are available: parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Privlaka. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
In the same house there are DAL ZAD 157 (3 people) and DAL ZAD 158 (5 people).
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 7 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via antenna.

Living/bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 single bed, 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children under the year of 11), sitting area, TV, radio, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (10 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen (12 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace, gas stove (2 flames), electric stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge (50 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
