    “Sehr gute Ausstattung! Auch die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber. Nur an manchen Stellen etwas verstaubt. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es für das Bett. Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durch gelegen.”

    “Ausstattung top, super sauber, Lage sehr gut. Ein kleines Minus gibt es: Die Wohnung war für 2-4 Personen angegeben , wir haben auch das Alter unserer Kinder mitgeteilt(18+16), leider waren nur 2 Betten vorhanden und unsere Jugendlichen mussten auf den ausklappbaren Sofas nächtigen, konnten leider nicht ausschlafen, da die Sofas im Wohnbereich stehen- hilfreich wäre, dies genauer zu erklären- aber es gibt Schlimmeres. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber.
    Für 6 Personen allerdings nicht geeignet, da die 5te Person auf einem ausziehbaren Sofa schlafen muß (was in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird).Die schlafenden Personen hier, müßen UBOOT Format haben (1,60m), welches nicht mal eine Länge von 1,80m hat. Wenn aber nichts anderes da ist, schläft man auch darauf recht gut.
    Der Hausmeisterservice könnte viel besser funktionieren, z.B. eine defekte Steckdose, die Grünanlage um das Haus besser bewässern, in der Dachrinne und Ausläufe der Dachrinne mal ausräumen (so hin und wieder mal).
    Was mir gar nicht gefiel, war die Tiefgarage, viel zu eng, die Einfahrt mit Fahrradträger gar nicht möglich und dann noch um das Eck herum. Wenn es geregnet hat mußte man Anlauf nehmen, um die steile Ausfahrt hinauf zu kommen. So was sollte in der Beschreibung der Anlage erwähnt werden. Wenn da jemand mit einem VW Bus kommt, kann er wohl nicht in diese Garage einfahren. Ich parkte nach dieser Lektion neben dem Haus, was mir dann ein Knöllchen einbrachte. Dieses sollte man eigentlich dem Vermieter für diese Anlage in Rechnung stellen.”
