One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Lake View 3 pers.

The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position about just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from May to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.
Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence include a bar (open from May to September) with lakeview terrace and a private parking lot unguarded.
The apartment is at first floor for a max of 3 persons with Sat TV LED FLAT 32, heating and a safe. There is a living room with pull-out bed for 1 person, kitchen, lake view terrace with table and chairs, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower/WC and Air conditioning (extra). Free internet connection in the apartments (computer not present in the apartment).

    “Das Ferienhaus/wohnung ist super gepflegt und es hat eine mega schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See, zudem hat man alles was man brauch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Beginn gibt eine herzliche Begrüßung und Führung durch den Hausherrn Michele. Sehr herrvorzuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und das gute Essen (Restaurante von Michele) welches ebenfalls durch ihn und sein Team gegeben ist. Der Pool am Haus ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert, da er außergewöhnlich sauber ist, eine gute Temperatur hat und angenehm groß ist. Parkplätze werden pro Wohnung zugeteilt und stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Ein Urlaub ist für Jung und Alt auf jeden Fall gegeben.

    Wir danken Michele für den tollen Urlaub auf seiner Anlage und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

    Wir können nur herzlichst empfehlen diese Anlage zu buchen, da einem keine Wünsche offen bleiben.”

    “God beliggenhed med skøn udsigt over landskabet, søen og poolen. Absolut kompleksets bedstbeliggende lejlighed med vest/nordvestvendt terrasse. Dejligt med aftensolen.
    Lidt spartanske havemøbler af billig kvalitet. Solseng på terrassen ønskelig.
    Fint udstyret køkken, dog skal trediemanden, som overnatter her ikke forvente megen privatliv, idet sengen står i det kombinerede køkken/opholdsrum. I vores tilfælde gjorde det ikke noget for vores 12 årige datte, da vi stort set var på terrassen, når vi var i lejligheden.
    Poolen skøn og ren, om skønt den ikke var stor, var der rigelig plads.”

    “Unsere Wohnung war groß, sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von unserer Terrasse zum See war absolut klasse. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant schmeckt sehr lecker.....ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub.......”

    “Ruhige Lage, wirklich phantastischer Ausblick und nettes Personal (kann aber tatsächlich nur 1 Person Englisch). Das Restaurant liegt auch sehr idyllisch mit Seeblick (wir haben wg unserem Baby aber trotzdem immer selbst gekocht). Die Wohnung ist großzügig und der Balkon/Terasse war ein Traum (ca. 30 m²), allerdings ist die Wohnung eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Kochfans sollten das ein oder andere Utelsil lieber noch selbst mitbringen. Die Residenz ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in Sachen Sauberkeit würde ich ggf. einen Punkt abziehen, aber sie bemühen sich sehr und insgesamt war es ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub.”
