One-Bedroom Apartment Terrace and Lake View Second Floor

The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position about just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from May to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.
Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence includes a bar (open from May to September) with lakeview terrace and a private parking lot unguarded.
The apartment is at second floor for a max of 3 persons with Sat TV LED FLAT 32, heating and a safe. There is a living room with pull-out bed for 1 person, kitchen, lake view terrace with table and chairs, a separate bedroom for 2 persons, shower/WC and Air conditioning (extra). Free internet connection in the apartments (computer not present in the apartment).

    “Die Aussicht von den beiden Dachterrassen der Wohnung hat 10 Sterne verdient. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzerfamilie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Diese Wohnung verfügt sogar über zwei Balkone. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch das Haus sind sehr sauber. Zum Einkaufen befinden sich zwei Bäckereien und ein Tante Emma Laden in nächster Nähe. Lidl und Penny sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Restaurant im Haus ist ebenso wie die Poolbar auch sehr zu empfehlen, weitere Restaurants und Eisdielen sind in nächster Nähe ebenso wie der Wochenmarkt direkt vorm Haus (saisonabhängig).”

    “Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Von der Dachterrasse hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick über Manerba und konnte auch auf den See blicken. Besonders abends war der Blick über die Stadt herrlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war auch an der Einrichtung nichts auszusetzen. Ein Flatscreen im Wohnzimmer (sogar mit deutschen Sendern) und auch ein kleiner Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Leider war das Bett nicht das beste. Die Matratze war doch schon recht stark durchgelegen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sauber und auch von der Einrichtung modern und vollständig.
    Der Pool war sauber und man hatte auch nicht das Gefühl, in einer Chlor-Fabrik zu baden. Liegen waren zu genüge vorhanden und auch das Ambiente um den Pool war sehr schön. Punktabzug gibt es lediglich wegen der Matratze, denn auch im Urlaub schlafe ich gerne.”

    “Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen, sehr sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Lage ist genial, mit Blick direkt auf den See, obwohl es zur Straßenseite etwas laut war, aber es war auszuhalten. Sehr große Terrasse, alles prima. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.”

    “Zweckmäßig und ausreichend ausgestattet, wobei Internetanschluß und Satellitenfernseh/ Radio schon klasse waren! Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch sonst war man sehr bemüht! Waren mit unserem Hund dort, was auch problemlos klappte. Hatten Apart. 5 und wir kamen jeden Tag , auf der großen Terrasse, ins Schwärmen über den grandiosen Blick über den See! Das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen, was soll man im Ort woanders hingehen, wenn man auch von dort einen tollen Ausblick hat! Fazit: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt.”
