Evian is in the northern part of the Haute-Savoie. The town is in a beautiful position between Lake Leman and the mountains. It is especially well known for the famous Evian Mineral Water and its thermal spas. Evian is a dynamic town where spa guests, golfers, sports enthusiasts, lovers of good food and romantics feel at home all year round. You?ll find a casino, museums, walking routes, a marina, golf course (Evian Masters Golf), a riding school and more in and around Evian.
There are two ski-stations in the near vicinity. Thollon les Mémises has 16 km of ski runs, a snow park and a 6 km cross-country circuit. Bernex has 16 ski runs for all levels and 3 walking routes for snow shoes. The apartment complex is in the higher part of Evian. This means that many of the apartments enjoy delightful views of the lake.


The complex consists of 19 chalets with 3 apartments each. These are for 6 persons. They are 212748 and FR-74500-10. There are also 3 floors with 5 person apartments. These are 205506 and 212747. The complex has a lift. The interiors are well kept. Wood has been used extensively in the décor.
