This apartment is not far from the sandy beach in Crikvenica. In the basement of this house is a small supermarket where you can buy everything for the first hand.

This apartment is very tastefully and luxuriously furnished. The balcony of the apartment and the living room offer a wonderful sea view.

On the ground floor of the house there is a common lounge which is equipped with a pool table, a darts console, a home cinema and a Playstation 4 with games.
The lounge is free to use and is open from 12:00 to 22:00.

The landlord, who is a tennis trainer by profession, offers tennis lessons by arrangement. The tennis court is 350 meters from the apartment.

    “Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern und einem großen überdachten Südbalkon. Ein kleiner Laden unterhalb vom Haus und ein sehr gutes Restaurant zwei Straßen weiter. Im Ort bekommt man alles was man braucht.”

    “Die Ausstattung war super - wir hatten alles, was man braucht und wenn man mal was nicht hatte, dann musste man die sehr netten - sehr herzlichen Vermieter fragen und sie bemühten sich sehr. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und jetzt auch noch neu renoviert.
    Ein Urlaub dort ist wahre Erholung. Es ist sehr ruhig, ein großer Supermarkt in der Nähe und zum Strand muss man nicht zu weit gehen - nur der Berg ist mit Gepäck etwas anstrengend.
    Ansonsten gibt es absolut nur positives!!!!! Sehr empfehlenswert.
    Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und genau unter der Ferienwohnung ein kleines Lädchen fürs Nötigste...”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötig um einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
    Auf dem großen Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer was ebenfalls einen starken Erholungswert darstellt!
    Die Räumlichkeiten sind größenmäßig absolut ausreichend.”
