This holiday home is located on a hill, in the middle of the green and only a few minutes drive from the popular town of Rabac. From here you have a view of the old town of Labins. The beautiful rooms are spread over two floors, to which leeds a steep staircase. The whole house is modern and comfortably furnished such as the attractive outdoor pool offers you additional comfort and luxury. Enjoy your vacation days in this beautiful house with your family or friends. We recommend tasting the local culinary specialties as they are evidence of a particularly tasty cuisine. Rabac is very popular because of its beaches, nice esplanade for a walk on summer evenings and interesting nightlife as well as many pubs and restorants. Water sports enthusiasts and guests who arrive with their own boat will surely be delighted by the numerous bays here. A café, an ice cream parlor and a sports shop owned by the owner grant guests a discount. Lowest ceiling height in the house is 140 cm.

    “Sehr schönes Haus mit wirklich toller Ausstattung (es fehlt an nichts; besonders gute Küchenausstattung). Der Vermieter bzw. die Familie des Vermieters sind super nett und total hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Der Strand mit seiner Promenade und wirklich sehr guten Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Kroaten ist phänomenal. Wir sind eigentlich Urlauber die gerne jedes Jahr etwas anderes ausprobieren, aber diesmal machen wir eine Ausnahme und fahren bestimmt noch mal hin. Tipp: Wenn man gerne schnorchelt, dann sollte man unbedingt die Bootstour zu den blauen Höhlen machen (kann man in Rabac am Strand buchen).”

    “Wir waren mit unseren zwei großen Hunden dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Garten ist wirklich schön, sehr groß und vor allem ringsum eingezäunt! Auch das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl. Fliegengitter, Liegen mit Auflagen, tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten (auch überdacht), viele Sonnenschirme, Sat-TV, Granitböden. Die benachbarten Häuser sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und haben eine tolle Außenanlage. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    “Wir waren 2009 dort. Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Die Vermieter sehr nett und das wir unseren Hund (wie angemeldet) mit hatten war auch überhaupt kein Problem. Für Familien mit Kind und Hund, die auf einen etwas besseren Standard wert legen, absolut empfelenswert!!!”
