The holiday room is located in an apartment house, built in 1997, renovated in 2014 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Sukošan. The holiday room is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.

The access goes via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 8 cars) in the carport and on the property and a parking lot in the village (guarded).

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, central heating (oil), electric heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 4 m x 7 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the beginning of November.
