The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2010 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location.
For common use are available: grill possibility and garden furniture.

Sukošan. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
The holiday rooms DAL ZAD 232 (4 people), the holiday apartment DAL ZAD 233 and DAL ZAD 234 respectively for 6 people, DAZ ZAD 235 and DAL ZAD 236 each for 4 persons located in the same house.
The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

    “Modern und gemütlich ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Pool hat uns am Besten gefallen. Er ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter, welche selten zu sehen sind, sind sehr umgänglich, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.”
